Love Island's Jess Shears poses TOPLESS for sultry snaps covered in bright butterfly paint

The last time she was scantily clad, she was 'marrying' Dom Lever live on TV, in nothing but her lingerie. 

But Jess Shears, 23, went one step further on Friday as she shed all her clothes and replaced them with brightly-coloured body paint for a saucy new shoot.
